Help me Remember a Star trek TNG episode

I am trying to find an episode of Star Trek TNG but I can't remember the title. It features these aliens who talk fast and, essentially, across another as one finished the sentence for the other. They make some upgrades to the holodeck which results in the crew thinking that the ship is being boarded and that they must activate the self-destruct sequence.

What episode am I thinking of?

I've been trying for a while to find two things;

One TNG episode where Picard is trapped with an alien on a planet, the alien speaks in incomprehensible sentences, one prominent one was "Shaka, when the walls fell"
