Help me remember the name of this obscure game

I used to play this 1st and 2nd grade (1993-94) on my school computers; it was extremely popular in my class. The game was a side-scroller adventure that involved detectives who would go through a building looking for clues and would get attacked by robots made out of household objects like brooms and pans. The only way to defeat the robots would be to take a picture of them with a camera, which would knock them out and add a photo of the robot to your journal. I remember distinctly running out of film and trying to get to the next dispenser before more robots showed up. I believe it was an educational game, as the clues involved educational trivia.

that bit with those rock people would always freak me out, it was all quiet as your little zoominie climbed up the stairs...then BANG!!!! they didnt make it...

Haha yeah, it was maths based with fractions and the usual stuff like that. It was incredibly popular at our school. They ended up deleting it because it was distracting people, even us back when I was in year 10...

Oh god I hate roblox. Its a combination of the epicly awesome games Garry's mod and Minecraft, but it is complete ASS.

Since the mystery has been solved. Can I co-opt this thread to find a game I can't remember the name of?

It was a PS3 game that was talked about, but I don't know if it was ever released. It was a Zombie game where you plaid as the "Head Zombie" controlling different types of Zombies to attack and overrun groups of Survivors. Sort of an Action RTS.

Damn, I daresay that was my favorite game ! along with Pajama Sam 2 and Put-Put, that is.
