You aren't overreacting. I think this is something to fret over, especially when there is money tied to a subscription on the line.

However, I suggest you do nothing. Your brother obviously needs to learn a lesson or two the hard way, and in this case, getting his account banned.

My brother recently changed his X-box Live account name from 'PatMcMan55' to 'MoneyCrazedJew'.

I understand why you are upset. We all know that Jews hate money. They also hate stealing land, and having any sort of power or authority. They are God's chosen people and because of that they are born with one extra chromosome, which is known as the "humility" chromosome.

Now go make your brother a sandwich because he is a fucking awesome kid with a good sense of humor.

I thought they just gave you a temporary ban until you pay to change your name again. All you can do is tell him there's a good chance he'll get banned for it and then step back and let it be his problem.

Push any harder and you'll just get in a fight with each other, any less and you'll feel bad for not trying to help. At the end of the day it's his account and his mistake/learning experience.

Speaking as a Jewish person, I can tell you that the gamertag "MoneyCrazedJew" is hilarious, but it'll still get you banned. I'd advise changing it.
