Help, please.

I'm trying to access my Network and Sharing Center, but the page comes up blank, after a while and a couple refreshes a message box comes up and says Windows Explorer has stopped work, Windows Explorer is restarting.

1. Any particular reason why you are running the classic theme? [small]it looks like shittt[/small]

2. Can you open control panel or access any control panel related thangs?

3.Do you run ati? ( I once installed ccc and it did the exact same thing to my entire control panel :S ... I forgot how I got it back tho )

I had it differently from TuneUP, but I changed it to classic to run things better. It worked.
Yes, I can access other things in the control panel, just not Network and Sharing Center.
I'll check on that last one..
