And the last few years of setting up a part of the DC universe on TV is completely wasted....they've even dedicated like three episodes to the Suicide Squad...
Seriously, they could've eased Arrow and Flash series into the movie universe with the actors playing those characters already instead of going out of their way to get new actors for characters that have already been established in recent live-action...
Though I will say that CCH Pounder is(and has been) much more intimidating than Robinson is in Arrow at the moment. So that would be a change I could agree with.
You see Geoff Johns is being really freaking cute about their grand scheme. He's hinted at the possibility of a DC multi verse that could very well be being set up with The Flash. Also in tonight's Flash Dr. Orsen Wells name dropped Batman. Batman apparently actually does exist in the Flash/Arrow-verse. Wouldn't that be something? Heh set up The Flash and Arrow as some kind prequels to BvS since Batman apparently has existed for a long time in that universe.
Ya damned spoiler-kids, always ruining thins for us old twenty....something....what year is it again?
But if that happened(I'm about three weeks behind Arrow/Flash/Shield/etc.) that's cool. But it would sorta make sense with them setting up for Flashpoint to have a multi-verse(I could be wrong, Flash was never my favorite hero outside of how OP his power is and thinking up psuedo-science ways of it breaking everything)
However, it's setting up all sorts of internet confusion wars. Since you've got the Deadshot of TV(I like him, even if he's missing some...amenities and quirks) and now the possible Will Smith Deadshot(I just really can't see him there, as much as I love the guy, this doesn't sound like his style) Also I heard that Captain Boomerange showed up on Flash a couple weeks ago, and I don't think it's going to be this guy playing him in the movie if Deadshot is anything to go by.
Overall, I'm not wholly impressed by this line-up. And teasing crap is the sort of thing I really despise when it comes to entertainment. Saying "Maybe, we're not that far into the idea yet" is one thing.
