I have something I need to say.
You know how I've beaten you about 3 times every time new DLC came out?

How about this?
Stop giving me weapons that don't stand up to the Black Hole Simulator or Collector Beam,
Cain>Collector Beam.

Fact.
but.....you can never get enough ammo for the cain.....

fact!

seriously, Insanity difficulty I used it ONCE in the entire game.

I used the Collector Beam the whole time XD
Everything else was just overkill for one or two shots.

Okay... actually USING it isn't my problem, its getting my head around the percentages bullshit.
Maybe I thought about it too much, but it just sounds like Schrodinger's kind-of scenario in which I might possibly have ammo, then again, I might not. In order to be effective with ANY weapon, I need to have a clear grasp of how its ammo works. And besides, that bloody thing is too inaccurate, and too imprecise for my tastes. I prefer to have more control over where my shots are going... or more accurately, over how much area my shots will cover.
100% Ammo=1 shot.

I think you can get up to 200% Max if you use the right armour/equipment setup.

Bioware always made shitty DLC. And they always will.
well, it's not all bad. I liked Shale.
Same here. But I wouldn't have paid for it. Would you? They wanted $15.
no, not $15 but something like $5 i probably would. in any case it IS quality DLC in my opinion.

I like it only because Shale can do ANYTHING. Melee DPS, ranged, and tank.

Eh, I always thought the Missle Launcher was best. It locks on, has a lot of ammo, and does a respectable amount of damage.

Bioware is hard at work on Mass Effect 3 and the next Dragon Age game. They've got a seperate team working on the DLC. It's not really that big of a deal, so don't read too far into this.

Well, Shale was more like cut content. She was apparently supposed to be in the game from the start, but they ran out of time or something.
Good thing we got it then. It just wouldn't have been the same without a bird hating golem along.

Fine, but that still doesn't change the fact that I can't stand the bloody thing.

My original point was, NOT everyone likes using a mega-nuke on EVERYTHING.

Step 1: Confirm that you have 100% or more ammo.
Step 2: Pull out the Nuke Launcher.
Step 3: Point in a vague direction towards whichever stupid merc you're about to disintegrate.
Step 4: Hold down fire button for like 6-7 seconds.
Step 5: ???
Step 6: Laugh in the resulting afterglow of the annihilation you have just unleashed upon the puny mortals.
Step Infinity: Have sex with your crewmembers. Repeatedly.
The problem with the infinity step is that the conversation prior to the Omega 4 relay then repeats over and over if you romanced them.

It's a little odd to have Tali ask you if you are still interested when you have already "unmasked her" and saved the galaxy since.

Yes, nothing like an imbalanced female golem to lively up gameplay ;)
but besides that she's really well written and that "thing-you-know" about shale twist kicked me square in the face
