No-one's got the same whole name, but there is a Welsh Opera Singer called 'Bryn'.

EDIT: actually, I'm apparently a Chinese acupuncturist.

Edit: And apparently there is a karate blackbelt somewhere who calls himself the Iron Ninja. I have no idea why, since Karate is not the same thing as Ninjitsu.
It seems like it to most people. You know, the ones who stand on one leg in a poorly imitated crane stance and scream, "Hoouyaa!" At the top of their voices.

With the exception of a middle name, my father has my name, so... there goes that. But really, beyond that, there isn't another Michael Lakis for thousands of miles near me. Probably the closest one lives in Greece and goes by Mikhali (my Greek name) so it doesn't really bother me.

Also I plan on naming my first son Michael Lakis Part 2. So, he gets to have fun.

I know an asian guy named Tom Gurny

and another one named Ken Tchaikowsky

they're only half asian, but they took all the asian genes their moms gave them and said "F U" to the other genes from their dads, because they be some asians.

the point is, a name doesn't mean that much with regards to ethnicity

Being slight paranoid (and narcissistic) I have my name on a Google Alert; problem is that there's a Doctor, Baseball player and two book writers with my name.

Still gives me a little boost though.

I have one of the most generic names in the world, so it would'nt suprise me if I ran into another person with my exact name

Also, have you ever made a post that didn't end with some preposterous little apology?
Most of my posts in Games & RP aren't proceeded by an apology.

Apologies if I've offended you in some way.

There is a child in the same state, less than 40 minute drive, from me with exactly the same name. I'm unsure as to whether or not I want to go offer him a drink, considering he's quite underaged, or if I want to go kill him for attempting to usurp my nomenclature.

Apparently I'm "The Specialist Wedding Magician" & "One of the best Close-up Magicians in the world". My "Close-up magic is like no other. Guaranteed to leave guests feeling amazed and entertained".

Unfortunately, a wider search revealed that I was also executed in Alabama sometime in the 90's, but I did murder lots of people so I had it coming.

I must have performed some of my famous close up magic, to give the illusion I was dead, then changed my skin colour and became the reformed character who now graces The Escapist forums.

Someone made a DVD and song about me:

What the hell Escapist!? I'm kinda scared!

I've never actually met someone with my name. I've found people with my last name or my first, but never both. I'm still unique.

Admittedly, I don't know anyone with my exact name. A few thorough searches came up with nothing.

One night, the witness to the lottery drawing in Pennsylvania had the same name as me. She probably didn't spell it the same way -- most are either Arent or Arndt -- but it was very strange to hear the announcer say it, just the same.

My name is pretty common.

There's an NHL player (I'm Canadian by the way so YAY) with the same name as me, a bassist in the Chainsaw Kittens, half a dozen people associated with punk rock/alternative rock (why is life so cruel?), a character in a surfing movie (I don't know how to surf), a script writer, and an artist.

I don't plan on becoming any of these, well now at least.
