Hideo Kojima to turn 51 today.

So, just as the title states, today Hideo Kojima, well known for the Metal Gear series, turns 51 today. I decided to make this thread because I am a huge fan of his work. Asides from Metal Gear (Metal Gear?!?), he has made Snatcher, Zone of the Enders, and Policenauts.

So, I ask you, what is your favorite Kojima games? Mine is Snatcher, though that might just be I'm a fan of that world. My favorite Metal Gear title would have to be Snake Eater, as well.

Anyway the third Metal Gear Solid is probably my favorite of his. It was the second MGS game that I played and after going through them all I definitely enjoyed the 3rd the best over all. In my opinion Snake Eater has the best gameplay of all the MGS games. Story wise it's debatable since I really enjoyed the second on that front.

I still need to play Snatcher some time

I actually don't like very many of his games, but I remember Snake Eater fondly, so that one I guess. Never played Snatcher or Zone of the Enders, but I've really never liked Metal Gear (actually, I really liked Revengeance, but I liked it despite of the fact that it was a Metal Gear game, not because of it).

Anyway, happy birthday Kojima, don't fuck up Silent Hills.

Oh, don't you know? Asians stop aging between the ages of 18-60. (Speaking as one myself, I have personal experience) Hell, some people seem to de-age with time like Sakurai.

Snatcher is a video game that pretty much is a complete homage (to the point where it could be called a rip-off) of classic 80's movies. I mean, check out that intro in Los Angeles I mean Neo Kobe City.

Sakurai looks older in 1993! Bloody hell what makes japanese people not age in looks and in the case of Sakurai look younger.

On our savior Hideo Kojima, I was replaying MGS1 on my PS3 yesterday since I bought the game off the PS store some years ago. Like lots of people Metal Gear Solid back on the PS1 was the shit.

I think I'll attribute that to makeup and better camera quality. Not to mention, anyone would start looking younger if their hairdo underwent that change.

OT: MGS3 made me get a PS2, MGS4 made me get a PS4. Thank you, Kojima, for drastically improving my gaming life. MGS3 is still my 3rd favorite game ever.
