High, Mid or Low sensitivity?

I play a lot of World at War but the principle's the same; when you can keep up with somebody sprinting parallel to you through a sniper scope, that's pretty much all you need. Any more and the tendency to spin around 450 degrees under pressure will start to drive you nuts. Why you'd have it any higher than necessary is beyond me.

I go for a mid range when talking about controllers
