Usually around the holidays my family makes a wonderful appetizer lovingly christened "Beaver Balls". The name is only due to the dishes appearance. In all reality it is a small square of sirloin steak with a jalapeno slice on top which is then wrapped in a slice of bacon and then broiled.

Best. Food. EVER!
