Yeah, funny mistakes or just annoying or strange or fucked up mistakes in gaming.

Mine is in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion with the whole rain thing, and that when you stood under a roof it actually rained through it. first time i saw this i sharted myself in laughter, and i have found it amuzing ever since.

glitches, bugs, designer mistakes and such is what i'm looking for.

*EDIT* what i meant with roof is that when you stood under a "protected" spot outside, where you could not see the the sky, (under a parasol for example) it rained through it. this was the case for the sun thing too if you were a vampire, and that was just annoying. these both fails only occurs outside of buildings.

Most recent one was the Hellkite dragon in Dark Souls. If you climb a tower, after passing through the area he's in, and fire an arrow on him he'll jump straight through the ground and eventually die.
Pretty welcome glitch. I couldn't get past him and I didn't feel like dying.

Note: If you do this before cutting his tail off you won't get the drake sword. Highly recomended that you do since the blade really helps in the first few zones.

On my second playthrough right now (New character, not NG+) I'm not using the Drake Sword and let me tell you, the Drake Sword turns the beginning of the game into easy mode.

Right now, I'm helping people against the Gaping Dragon boss to get some extra souls, and they keep on getting insta-killed by it's charge attack halfway through the fight for some reason. It's really easy to charge, I don't quite understand how they keep getting killed by it. They dodged it like dozens of times before, and it's very easy to simply roll out of the way. I would just chalk it down to a simple mistake, but it's happened to the last three people I've helped.

wtf is "sharted"?
Lol! When you mean to "fart" but "shit" throws you a surprise party!

My favorite mistake in gaming is enemy AI in Stealth titles. It's laughable, I can shoot them in the foot from across a room, they'll run over to my last known position, but as long as I'm hiding in the painfully obvious and conveniently man-sized airduct a few feet away, they'll eventually dismiss that I'd even been there and go back to patrolling!! I always laugh; imagine what that conversation must be like when that guard gets home to his wife:

Wife: "You got fucking SHOT?!?"

Inept Guard: "Yeah, honey, by a frickin' shadow; can you believe that?? PLUS we never found that spy I paced around the same 5 square meters looking for all night."

Wife: "You were looking for a spy in ONE place for 8 hours and ended up getting shot by a "shadow"?"

Inept Guard: "I know, crazy, huh? Any beer in the fridge?"

Wife: "...I want a divorce."

Well there's the pronunciation of "Cao Cao" throughout the Dynasty Warriors games until after Dynasty Warriors 5.

I went as far as to the middle of Undead Parish without using the sword, but around there I started dying a lot. Later figured out it was probably because I was at SL<10, though in any case it helped out a lot. I understand that people want a challenge, but if the game throws me a bone I'll happily take it.
Don't play Demon's/Dark Souls for a challenge tbh. I do it because I love the setting and since it's one of the few JRPGs that doesn't... look like a JRPG. Gotta support that!

As for the Gaping dragon; got it on my first attempt without any problems at all. Took a while to get it down, but figuring out the tactcs wasn't really hard. Not sure what you want said with that though. Are you implying that the drake sword makes people unable to learn from their mistakes? ;P

Oh, that had nothing to do with the Drake Sword at all. That was my on-topic part of the post. Gaping Dragon is a pretty easy fight, but I suppose it goes on for awhile, and fucking up once is pretty much instant death.

Don't get me wrong, I don't play the game for the challenge either, I just like using a variety of weapons. At the beginning of the game, using any other weapon other than a Drake Sword makes it quite a bit more difficult. It doesn't really matter though, eventually the Drake Sword starts losing it's effectiveness really fast because it doesn't scale with your stats.

Fallout New Vegas...I shot a guy off a cross, he flew into the sky, but his hands and feet were still tied to the cross. He looked like a torso caught with massive ribbons to the ground.

Then the game crashed.

Still, Fallout NV, cazadores noclipped to me though a wall and a deathclaw spawned or just blinked into existence on top of Boone. It was weird.

I was playing Payday the Heist, in the diamond heist mission. About halfway through, your getaway pilot and partner in crime Bain, flies a helicopter down to a helipad on the roof of the skyscraper, to pick up the CFO of the company who owns the building. When the heli flew away, it left the person who was sitting in the heli floating above the helipad. Then another helicopter came, at the opposite side of the building. The game had gltiched itself, so two helicopers would show up at once, not to mention two floating bains stuck within each other floating above the helipad. Laughed my ass off for nearly a minute.

In Vice City Stories on PSP a friend of mine showed me that thare was a car stopped upside down under a bridge, and the driver was out and running around the car, also on the onderside of the bridge. As in feet and tires to the underside, not floating.

O, this is probably on of the most hilarious things I've ever seen, and my friend taken lessons from it. But nontheless, this is so hilariously stupid that I just have to share it.

Ok, I was chillin' out with my friend, playing Assasin's Creed, he wanted to take a shortcut throguh a narrow, really narrow street, 'alright', i said, 'let's do it'. However, one of those annoying lepers was apperently hiding there, you know, those lobotomized freaks that shoves you ten feet with their retard-strength, so we looked around, and one of those lepers were coming in from behing us too. Then followed the funniest thing I've ever seen, ever.

The lepers began to push Altair, normally, when they pushed you, you could just walk away, but the first leper shoved Altair into the arms of another leper, which shoved him back. And it went on, and on, and on...

It was just so funny to see the badass assasin being bullied and shoved back and forth by two lobotomized lepers, it was impossible to get out of it too, because you couldn't get the blades out fast enoguh. So now, while as we speek, Altair, the famous assasin, is getting pushed back and forth in a narrow street by two lepers.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, OH GOD AHAHAHAHAHAHA *SNORT* HAAHAHAHAHAAHAH MY SIDES AHAHAHAHAHA
