Yup he would.But Well not all of them were killed. Many worked for the US as Agents against the UDSSR and were then deported first to italy were they were "guests" of the church and then to south america. Like Klaus Barbie for example he was leading a camp and commited a massacre at Lyon (later a french trial got his ass but he could happily life to the 80s).
