And if you really want to get into to an expensive hobby (you would need to sell your second house), than play one of the Warhammer Games, they are really time consuming.

Ive considered this, I dont know where to start though.

Necrons, they can come back to life, they also have Monoliths which have the cheapest fucking rules in the game. They are a good choice.

I'll go for them then, will i be considered a noob if i choose one of the more powerful armies?

The only ones who get accused of being noobs are people who play Space Marines (Specifically Blood Angels for some reason; I'm not saying they are, that's just how it is) and if you play badly. So no not at all. No one army is more powerful then the others.

I already do your first suggestion. Plus I do play the drums, i have lessons but dont actually own a kit.

Pick up some books then. I'm reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies at the moment. It's very good.

Maybe try The Zombie Survival Guide. Everyone loves that.

I would prefer something i could do when im being lazy in the house, cause i do those things when I'm out with my friends.

Build models. Not of boring things, get models of stuff you like.

And if you don't like the models, at least you got the glue to sniff.

I write scripts for an internet show I'm making. It won't go anywhere but it keeps me occupied.

For something todo whilst your friends are unavailiable id say learn an instrument, but your drummin :/
All my other hobbys include my friends.

Except using Flash to create games or be artsy and make the worst animations ever, but since ive started using that for work its not fun anymore.
