Whoever played as Ryu in that clip deserves to have his fingers sewn together. He was AWFUL!

Edit - My avatar should give away that fact that Ryu = awesome ¬_¬

Dang it, I was really hoping for Ghostrider. Still, I am pleased with Mike Haggar, the greatest mayor in existence.

Wolverine and X-23 are basically nothing alike. Sure they both have claws, but it's not even a Ryu and Ken situation. X-23 is going to be much weaker but much faster, and Wolverine will probably be a bit slower in this game than MvC2.

She-Hulk will probably be faster with more combos, and War Machine's gonna have an arse-load of weapons. Just because they are associated with each other it doesn't make them clones.
Woah, woah, I said possible clones.

I mean, the whole "this one will be faster, this one will be stronger" thing applies to SF4 Ryu and Ken, and they have slightly different movesets. But people still consider them clones. They could easily make them all different, although I was a bit worried they may not.

However, I do trust them to make the characters distinguishable. It's highly unlikely they will fuck this game up.

-Activate Ultra-FlameShield 3000-

I'm sorry to be the one to say this but... Its wrong.

Capcom announced that NONE of the Fantastic Four would be in MVC3. And yet i see Mr Fantastic there, clear as day.

Plus no Dormammu in the list, who was officially confirmed back in E3 (at least as a boss).
Dormammu is likely an end-boss, but not playable. Probably due to balancing issues.

And about Mr.Fantastic? Yes, that did seem a bit iffy. But I reckon this list is 90% correct.

True, and don't think I was snapping at you or anything (I forget this is the internet) I was just saying what I was thinking. I think those characters will have completely different move-sets rather than the last game where you had a chunk of characters playing similarly.

Nah it's okay, I knew you weren't getting all pissy.

I guess your right, though. But this game is gonna be awesome regardless.

I saw the words Deadpool. All I need to see.
Same. That's what's convincing me to buy the game. Which reminds me... I need to go buy some back-issues of the Deadpool Corps.

What I like the look of is how accurate Capcom's characters seem to be in respects to their original games. Dante has pretty much the same move pool he does in DMC, and Chris looks accurate too. It's almost inevitable that Wesker will have the matrix-style movement, thrust punch and axe kick combos that will make him ridiculously good.

So they have Chris Redfield, but no Nemesis? Upsetting...
To be honest, I think Nemesis would be limited. A few heavy attacks and mass RPGing...
I would have liked to have seen Leon but I guess in a game like this he would be very similar to Chris, even if his fighting style in the RE games is different.
