Hated the drowning scene on Casino Royale. Makes me feel cold inside to imagine that moment when you realise that you can't hold your breath anymore and what it might feel like and how much it would hurt to breath water in to your lungs.

Decap is another. Also burning. Getting eaten by a shark like Quint in Jaws.

Scenes like the described by the OP don't really worry me because it is too much like fiction.

Actually, drowning isn't meant to be too bad as you hallucinate because of the lack of oxygen.
