Now that we have that misleading title out of the way, lets get onto story time. And quite hopefully the point of this thread.

Now I was playing Mount & Blade: Warband some hours ago, and thought to myself "How awesome would it be if I could enter the game world with a gun and take over it all?"
That story has a point. The point of it is that it gave me the idea for this thread.

What I want to do here is ask you, The Escapist, if you could enter any game world with any item, what item/s would that be, and what game would you go into? And what would you do in said world?
Lets say that you choose to take a tank into Oblivion, you could come back to our world to restock on ammo and refuel. And you would have infinite stocks of ammo and fuel.


I would personally go into the world of M&B:Warband with a high caliber sniper rifle, and a shit load of ammo. Become a vassal to the kingdom of the Nords. And then help King Ragnar take over all of Caldria.
I would also take some food with me. Because I'm certain that my stomach wouldn't be able to handle that medieval food.

NEVER HELP THOSE BACKSTABBING NORDS.

I helped them take over all of fucking Vaegris (with absolutely zero thanks), then I ask to release my vassalage, and I make a kingdom. Even after that I help them in a multitude of battles because Vikings are awesome, but later they declare war on me.

Not to mention Swadia. I took over HALF of them for the Nords, too, and NOW I'm at war with the Rhodoks, the Nords AND Swadians.

OT: I'd go into Vampire the Masquerade with a shitload of money, garlic, bodyguards and all kinds of crap and walk out a vampire.

In the spirit of one-upmanship, I'd take a fully armed, fully staffed, fully complimented Super Star Destroyer to Knights of the Old Republic. Then watch the Republic and the Sith try to destroy me.

I think taking the Death Star back might be a little overkill, seeing as I'd have taken over the Star Forge already.
