Starting near the end of this month, ShiftyLook [http://www.shiftylook.com/] (a gaming webcomic site devoted to Namco Bandai properties) is gonna be publishing a weekly webcomic based on Klonoa, the titular floppy eared cat hero of the criminally overlooked game series. I'd read about this back in July on Destructoid and had been checking the ShiftyLook site almost daily ever since, but hadn't heard another word about it until I went back today. I love Klonoa and, while I'm not a regular reader of SL's other comics, they all seem pretty high quality from what I've seen.

So, I'm pretty damn excited. You?

I love Klonoa. Can't wait for the day I can play it on my Vita. But this doesn't excite me at all. I want another GAME damn it!

I'm not being funny, but Klonoa isn't really renowned for its story either (even though the first game's ending is one of the most shocking/ mind fucking I experienced when growing up).

Meh... I love Klonoa like I love Sonic. Nothing beyond the original game(s) had that same magic for me, and I find it hard to get excited for new releases. I dislike the post-Lunatea's Veil character design, and even the Wii remake didn't feel right. Then there's the crapton of new characters I just don't care for...

Maybe I'm just bitter that Huepow wasn't in Klonoa 2.
