"Anything on those computers?"

He said as he picked the lock of one of the desks.

"Hey Night Owl I found something for ya."

He said as he pulled a Nuka-Cola Quantum out of the drawer and tossed it across the room to him.

"Still workin' on these computers." said Alex "Quite hard tech for the pre-war, most of this junk is childs play."

To GM:Do these computers mean anything in the long run? Cause I'd rather let you do the stuff in the computer if you know what I mean.

"Got it." said Alex triumphantly logging on to the computers. "Alright, what do we have here. This is just some storage logs and a journal of a captain, Waste of time unless I download the logs and sell them later."

Lucius had hit the ground hard. The blow had knocked him out for a bit, but he quickly came to, finding that the group had killed the rest of the Deadclaws. They were conversing about treasure now and it seemed that the dissolute had been killed during the fight. He followed them over when they went to the light they had seen and climbed in after them.

Lucius found himself in a room filled with weapons, ammo, and armor; all of which appeared to have been created before the Great War many years ago. He found himself amazing at the power that was stored right here in this bunker. It could easily strengthen the Legion if they were able to get their hands on it. He would have to remember to report the find after this mission. Now he would take what he wanted to help better arm himself.

Walking over to one of the weapon racks that seemed to hold some carbines. Testing it's weight he decided to emulate Dead Eye and test the gun. Taking aim at the wall Lucius fired several shots in rapid succession. Content with the gun, Lucius grabbed some ammo that went with it.

Marcus entered the room well behind the others with blood still dripping from his face. None of it was his own. He had a severed claw in his hand and was breathing heavily. He tucked the claw into his belt and took one of the service rifles and loaded it, acting like there was nothing strange going on. Then he finally looked at the rest of the group and said,

"One of them wasn't quite as dead as I thought it was." Then he walked over to a set of Tesla armor and ran his fingers along the side of it before huffing a bit and taking a bite of an apple he pulled out of his ranger coat.

"So, what is the word on that beautiful mechanical grim reaper?" he said pointing at the tank.

Sorry I've been out of touch for a while, exams crept up on me and I've been really busy.

"Who knows." said Alex. "I doubt we could get the thing out of there but I could most likely get it running anyhow."

Anyone starting any RPs after this?

"You could quite easily strip down these plasma rifles and use the parts from that, or use the ammo, or use a telsa suit." said Alex.

Ethan walked over to the tank, the platform it was sitting on was connected to several thick metal cables. He grabbed one of the cables to shake it and test its strength as well as the possibility of removing the tank. The cable crumbled apart in his hand, an outer layer of rust fell off revealing a desperately weakened cable, only about an inch of its original thickness remaining. The centuries without use and the devastation of the great war had undoubtedly taken their toll on the cables and the mechanism for raising them, making any current attempt of retrieving the tank laughable at best, deadly at worst.

"Well, fuck, looks like this thing isn't going anywhere, damn shame. Well, if everyone's had the chance to look around, I suggest we take our leave. Doesn't look like there's anything more we can do here."

At this Ethan climbed the ladder again and waited up above for the group to come up the ladder. He pulled a cigar out of his pocket along with a lighter he had won in a poker game, it was a beauty, decorated with ivory, a four leafed clover design was embossed on the front. He lit the cigar and slowly puffed while waiting for everyone else to come out of the hatch.

Wait, what? we're not done. This is just the first mission, hell, we've still got people joining.

Knox slowly climbs out of the hatch, taking his bag with the egg in it out with him and picks up his gun. "Now...what did he say about firing...?" He then attempts to fire the gun, amazed at the apparent lack of recoil he felt. "Woah! ...I can see why those Brotherhood guys like this armor so much!" He puts the gun on his back, grabs his hammer and bag, and stands with Ethan, waiting for something else.

"I do believe we have Centurion. Ethan has it I think," Lucius said while climbing out of the bunker with his new weapon.

Night Owl caught the Nuka Cola Quantum and grinned.

"Well isn't this rare? Drink one of these you'll probably be up all week! Thanks Dead Eye" Night Owl put the bottle in his backpack for later use and made his way out of the bunker.

"I sure hope the Legion aren't bored again, hopefully they've run out of fiends by now."

"Trust me, if we were really bored we would just make you fight each other." Marcus said in an overly sarcastic tone of voice.

"Tell Caesar he needs more radios up in the fort or maybe he could organise some fun boy scout activities for all the little Legion children, seriously, the whole watching people die in arenas was out of fashion before the bombs dropped."

The team began walking back to the river. The walk was long so the team tried to keep themselves occupied, mostly by bickering. Alex continued to help Knox in becoming accustomed to his new armor. Knox, who was, in the beginning, nearly skipping as the mechanics of the armor moved for him, eventually returned to a normal walk as he became more accustomed to the new momentum.

Lucius and the NCR troops were mostly quiet, doubtless consumed in thought on the cache and what it would mean for their respective governments. Especially given the sense of manifest destiny that both shared.

They eventually approached the fortress again, where a lesser legionary ran up to them. "Ave, Caesar has instructed me to tell you that a boat awaits on the river, and I am to lead you there."

The legionary brought them to the boat and they once again crossed the Colorado. This time avoiding major Legion outposts, doubtless Caesar wanted to avoid a repeat of the chaos their earlier arrival within the fort had caused.

----------House----------

The team once again walked back into New Vegas, the Securitrons allowed them to pass and they once again walked into the Lucky 38.

Houses face appeared on a screen in the room. "Hello gentlemen, I trust you were successful?"

Dead Eye pulled the chip out of his pocket, "Yeah, we got the chip."

"That is indeed my chip." A Securitron wheeled out of the elevator at the center of the hotel, holding a silver dining tray and stopped in front of Dead Eye, who placed the chip on the tray. "Wonderful gentlemen, It will take me a few days for my systems to process the program on this chip. Until then I encourage you to occupy yourselves around my city."

two more securitrons rolled out of the elevator, each also carrying silver dining trays. One rolled up to Ethan, carrying the thousand caps he had originally negotiated as pay from house. The other moved between the other members, 6 sacks containing 200 caps each were given to each member of the team. And the Securitron wished them each luck at the tables.

-----Ethan-----

Ehtan, having received his pay made his way out of The Strip and into Freeside, towards the Old Mormon Fort. He had been more badly damaged during the last mission that he was willing to admit, and he knew he would need the help of the followers and their medical expertise.

He opened the gate and walked over to a familiar figure wearing a lab coat. A Follower of the Apocalypse by the Name of Sarah Domingo. She was Brunette, about 5'8 and slim. She wore a pair of reading glasses, a result of the scholarly lifestyle of the Followers, over her green eyes. And she smiled as he approached.

Ethan often went to Freeside and the Strip to meet contacts and employers, and he found the services of the Followers incredibly useful often following his missions. He had met Sarah frequently while in the fort and he had established a easy dialogue and a friendly relationship, which eventually evolved into a physical relationship. He often shared a rest bed with her while he was recuperating.

"Hey Sarah, I got pretty scratched up on a job, you got a free table?"
"What did you do this time."
"Oh, not much, fought in the Arena in Caesars fortress, then took on a pack of deathclaws for dessert."
"Why do you always come to me after your jobs?"
"Maybe I just love your delicate... "Attentions" to my body."
"Alright, alright, get in the tent, hop up on the table and take off your clothes." She led him into an empty tent and directed him to an operating table.
"Don't have to tell me twice."

Ethan hopped up onto the table and began to strip his clean new combat armor. His body was covered in scratches and bruises from the fights and, cuts and burns from the explosions he had rigged. Covering his chest was a wide strip of blood soaked gauze he had put on before he changed his armor, underneath it was impressively an long series of gashes from the swipe of a Deathclaw. And these were just the new wounds. All over his body were the scars and disfigurements from earlier fights.

"Dear god Ethan, how are you not dead?"
"Just lucky I guess" he shrugged.
"Ok, whatever, lie back I'm going to apply an anesthetic and stitch this up." She pulled out a Med-X syringe and locally anesthetized the large wound. Then pulled out a needle and silk thread and stitched up the gashes. The two talked while this was going on, to settle both of their nerves.
"Alright, Ethan don't do anything too strenuous for a while or these stitches will come out."
"I'm sure we can think of something unstrenuous to do together." Ethan sat up and brought his head close to Sarah and kissed her. She pulled back, blushing and said "how do I keep letting you do this?"
"Just lucky I guess" he said as he pulled her closer to him.

Chaz walked out of the Ultra-luxe, counting out the caps he'd won playing at the Casino's blackjack tables, pleased to have a complimentary stay in their luxurious presidential suite. distracted as he was by the caps he was counting, he didn't notice the Securitron rolling up to him until he'd almost walked into it.
"Mr. House requests an audience with you in his suite, sir" said the the securitron, its face rolling around to the rarely-seen young girl.
"his suite?" questioned Chaz, "surely not in the Lucky 38?"
"the very same suite" came the sugar-sweet reply of the securitron"

after a brief and incredulous conversation with a securitron that now showed the ever-popular Victor, Chaz was convinced, and, cautiously, entered the Lucky 38...

EDIT: a few spelling errors... -.-

do i write my conversation with house, or is it done by the GM?
