"Agreed." Demeter said. She walked over to the door marked "Security Office." She pulled out a bobby pin and screwdriver and began hard and work at on the lock. Though it was above average in difficulty it quickly succumbed to her nimble handiwork. She pushed the door open slightly and heard a beeping come from within the room. "From the tempo is sounds like 2 are in there, in the corners." She shifted her body around the small crack in the door and saw an L shaped desk towards the center of the room. If she guessed the position of the turrets correctly the desk should be able to be used as cover. "Alright guys, so here's an idea to get into the security room without gaining any new orifices. It takes a few seconds for a turret to detect and assess a target. I can probably make it behind the desk safely. Then I can trip the turrets again while the rest of you come in and take the turrets out before they assess you as a threat. Giving one of our hackers an all clear before the hack the rest of the security systems. Does that sound reasonable to everyone or unreasonable to anyone?"

Aasebun stood amazed already at what these strangers were capable of. No one of her tribe before had been able to open the door that this woman had opened so quickly. And she had done so with nothing but two pieces of metal. What knowledge and secrets did those outside of the tribe possess that they could do these things so easily? Were all from the outside so skilled?

"Sounds like a good enough plan to me, turrets should go down quickly under our concentrated fire."

"2 people are better than one issac" said Alex "And we have no idea how strong the password is going to be."

"I'm here to help you." said Isaac.
Do we get some sort of bonus if two people are hacking?

"Alright." In one swift fluid movement she swung the door open and sprinted towards the desk. She leapt up and slid across the top. The turrets unleashed a hail of bullets as she fell on the other side, crashing into the office chair and hitting the floor with a shower of office supplies left of the desk. "In position, so uh, you guys ready?" She pulled out a drawer from the desk. "Three..two..one!" She stood up from behind the desk and threw the drawer at the turrets, which immeidiately set their sights on her

Sorry guys, I thought it posted, internet was being weird :<

Alex ran, jumped and fired a laser at once, he hit a turret and landed behind the desk.
"Feel so much faster without the armour on." he said.

Lucius nodded as Demeter laid out the plan for taking the turrets. He'd been quiet for some bit, taking in all he could about the tribe and surrounding area. He also wasn't too happy about fighting robots either, he wasn't really that used to it. Plus he preferred fighting a foe that bled. He'd still do his best though, despite his current weapons not being the best for the job.

As Demeter and Alex ran through the door and attracted the attention of the two turrets in the room, Lucius took out his machete and ran in after them. He rushed the turret on the left while it was still focused elsewhere, hoping to close the distance before it changed targets. It began to recognize him as a threat when he reached it, but he was able to hop up and over it, landing behind it where it couldn't pick him up. It's target gone, the turret went back the ones it still detected. This left Lucius free to begin his work. He had little to no idea how this thing worked, but he figured if he took it apart enough if would stop. He began to beat against one of the area's of the turret that looked fragile, hoping to open it up so he could get to it's "guts" and begin tearing them out.

Sorry I haven't been posting that much. Been busy with other things, like the DnD game I'm going to be DMing for. I'll try to post regularly though.

Night Owl stepped into the room and rapidly opened fire on the turret Lucius wasn't working on, grinning as sparks sprayed around the dented turret and its aim seemed to skew off.

The turrets sparked and twitched under the assault, eventually they hung limp, no longer functional, their barrels cooling. With the turrets disabled the team was free to explore the security offices free from the deadly hail of bullets that would come from above them.

Off in the corner, protected from the fire of the turrets by their innate programming was a wall of screens, displaying the feed received from the security cameras around the building. Several of the screens were blank, the cameras they were attached to disabled. But the cameras did reveal several shots of the factory floor, the cafeteria, and a block of cubicles. the little stickers below the active screens revealing them to be on floors three and six.

Also on the table was a typical RobCo computer, off for now, but not displaying any signs of being inactive.

Next to the cameras was a small device with a series of blank cards next to it, and a lens, by all appearances belonging to a camera sitting on top of it. Behind it was a poster, long since faded, but the header was mostly visible, displaying: Empl ee ID P oced re

Off against the far wall was a row of shelves, holding books that were surprisingly well preserved, their titles revealing them as reading material for killing time in front of the cameras, rather than sensitive information or manuals, just a series of novels. Next to the shelves was a tall metal cabinet. A deadbolt lock handing off the door handle.

In the corner the wall was broken off onto what looked like a closet with a sliding door. It was fastened shut, but a small light piece was placed above it.

Alex and Issac stepped over to the computer. and powered it on. It's screen blazed into life and displayed the following:

"Fuck, suggestions anyone? Cause this might take a while." said Alex. "Anyone mind if I take these books as a time-killer?"

How will this work? Do we just guess and hope for the best?

Night Owl peered over at the computer screen, carefully reading over all the words.

"The annoying thing is, sometimes the password is relevant to the place it is being used and other times it's just a random word, if this was me just mucking around I would try the ones like Machine or Welding but I honestly have no idea, does anyone else have any ideas?"

Demeter immediately began ransacking the drawers and books, as was her scavenger instinct. She came upon the camera device. Picked up the pvc sards. They were blank she stood there puzzled for a second. "Hey guy, looks like we can do a little forgery to get past some security."

"I say we go with Machine first. It seems the most logical of all. Although it is a hard guess, it could give us an idea how to start cracking." said Isaac.

"Ya know, it could be something completely unrelated to anything, just to throw off anyone. I say we should start with 'Bologna' just to be sure."

Aasebun had wandered around the room, amazed, none in her tribe had ever managed to enter this room before. She walked around and noted that not much here would help her. The shaman had always accepted books of education as holding value to the tribe, but none of the books there would help them, they were meant to entertain. She looked at the tall cabinet, but the sturdy padlock prevented her any access.

She looked over to the growing group standing around the computers. And was amazed at how easily stymied they were so quickly. She made her way over to them and looked at the screen, she saw the words scattered throughout nonsense syllables, the Shaman took great pains to ensure that every child of the tribe could read.

She leaned over Alex, sitting in front of the computer and decided to do something brash. Hearing their talk she made a reasonable guess on what word she should enter. she had always like music, and the word Melisma, spoke to her. So, leaning in she typed it into the computer.

The computers processors whirred in response, and new words appeared on the side of the screen

>ENTRY DENIED
>0/7 CORRECT
and the counter at the top of the screen ticked down.

Demeter noticed the beeping and she turned to join the rest of the group. "Oh wow, nice going Aasebun! That narrows it down a whole bunch." She did some quick mental sorting. "Alright, so these are the ones that are in the running now." she said as she pointed to different words on the screen
