Would be nice if each character had different requirements to be able to romance them. For example, you're way more likely to get Jack's attention if you're a real hardcore renegade.
I noticed that when I chose to destroy the entire Collector mothership every single squad member thought I did the right thing... why? Are you seriously telling me that no one actually thinks that we would have been better off keeping the mothership for research?
Part of the whole "moral choice" thing should be that you can't make everyone happy. Hell, by doing what I did I potentially jeopardized the entire resistance against the Reapers. You're telling me that someone like Mordin cares more about the dignity of the humans who were used to build the Reaper [embryo] than the safety of the galaxy? Isn't that the entire point of the genophage, but with the krogan instead of humans?
I actually believed that one, the way I see it, they were preserving the dignity of the humans (thereby keeping the good team members happy) as well as keeping that tech out of the hands of Cerberus (thereby keeping Jack and Mordin happy, Grunt doesn't care). Plus if they're okay with your choice then they've survived and therefore you've earned their total loyalty, they'll follow you anywhere.

I'm a sucker for romance, so i'm hoping for romance that consists of a bit more than:
Do quest, Receive sex.
lol yeah that's true. In both games I treated my relationships very realistically, but when you break it down to its game mechanics, romance is literally as easy as doing the loyalty quest (which you're going to do anyway) and then choosing one specific dialogue option a little later on.
I like how they did it in Dragon Age, I hope they do something like that.
Even then it was only a tad above "do quest, receive sex". I've just finished the first ME and didn't like the 'you can't have chats with the squad mates until after major plot worlds are done'. Did this change in 2, or is it still an issue?
Kind of. You can only talk to them after Major plot places, and character loyalty quests. But the character who's loyalty quest you had wouldn't talk to you until you finished it.
So not massively different. I did Garrus' quest on ME and now he just says the same thing over and over again. See, they should change the interaction options then
Erm, no, you can talk to your team mates practically all the time, about a large variety of stuff that, most importantly, you choose (on the dialog wheel). They'll say they're busy if you pester them too much, but you can really get to know them properly. Some of what they do is pretty damn funny as well (seriously, talk the lips off of Mordin).
