I'm pretty sure I'd have died somewhere along the way without evil Big Pharma.

Microsoft, I mean... I would be using a Mac right now...oh god... JK

Every fast food resturant such as KFC; I suppose I could live without them obviously, but they are so much easier to eat at as opposed to spending a lot more somewhere else with no seating areas *looking at you greggs*

Although I don't really consider any of these to be horrible companies.

I second that...and sorta the ban part :(

Most internet and mobile phone companies in Canada are just ripping us off like mad, you guys have it so good everywhere else in the world.

Maybe that's the price we pay for healthcare? Too steep if you ask me.
um... i meant resident evil umbrella...
Oh I followed you, I was agreeing :) and was also willing the ban to speak out against that damned Umbrella Corporation, making stupid B.O.W's...

tesco (UK supermarket) loath passionately for some reason!
This too. They have too much money, are edging towards a monopoly here in UK (they sell *everything* now... Directly competing with everyone from Argos to the phone companies, other supermarkets, hardware stores...) and see their employees as 'resources', not as people with lives and feelings and reasons that sometimes, god forbid, get sick. Stereotypical evil mega company.

Also, Kingston Communications. Only internet provider here in Hull, UK, and they are beyond awful. Stupidly slow speeds, high prices, no customer service, and they cap your speeds to the point that the internet becomes unusable between 6pm and 10pm. Since they've got no competition here they've got no reason to change anything, it's them or no internet.

McDonald's, they're just another grubby mega-corporation trying to extend the greedy hands on everything the sun shines on, and in the process consuming local business...But goddammit, the fries are to good to pass up.

Tesco. Ever since one opened down the street, I go down there way too often to get food.

It's just so convenient.

Gamestop. The store sits literally across the street from my neighborhood. I know the trade in things are a rip-off and they just want to make a profit but damn it's just so convenient.
My sentiments exactly. I even once considered getting a job there just because it was so damn convenient.

Tesco's is defiantly evil.

But We shall bow down to our Tesco overlords, or we will face certain death in the hands of them.

internet fax [http://www.metrofax.com/]: Netfirms Domain Registration. They have the worst customer service of any company ever. They have no technical support even though they say that they have, and no one ever responds to your emails. The only way you can get in touch with them is to phone their payments dept.
I know what you mean, I've run across some terrible domain registrars over the years too. It's hard to know who to go with too, because they know how to promote themselves online really well.

Bioware.

You have become so horrible, with your lazy sequels and money-grabbing DLC policies.

But even your bad games are so damn good, and I just can't stop buying your DLC!

Cox internet service, the only one around be besides AT&T. They are so horrible, their customer service is horrible and they blame you for everything.

Anyone else have any?
My dads company is pretty horrible because they make sprayers that put pesticides all over your food.

I can't live without them, however, because they give me a paycheck during the summer.

Duracell. Damn out-dated overpriced buggers. And Jack Wills, like someone distilled nepotism into a cloths branch but its also really easy to get nice shirts cheap.

Bell Media. They own something like 96% of the high speed internet infrastructure in Canada. We had to have a nationwide campaign just to get the government off their asses long enough to stop these assholes from jacking prices up again.

Monopoly is bad, mkay?

Also, Microsoft. I hate the way they charge separately for every extra feature on their console (Here's your Xbox, come back with more money when you want internet access, multiplayer, and HD gaming). But they have the games I want, and they make my OS of choice. So I can't live without them.
