Horrible games

Street Fighter IV. There was nothing wrong with the game other than the fact that the first 4 guys you fight are a breeze and then all of the sudden the 5th guy gets a super power boost and is impossible to beat. Never has a game made me want to slam the controller into the ground as much as Street Fighter IV.

Is it bad that I've got 5 stars on every single one of the songs except Scatterbrain which I got 4 stars on? I actually thought that Guitar Hero 5 wasn't hard enough... but maybe I'm just a Guitar Hero nerd.

Left for Dead 2.

The bots are terrible in every concievable way, the characters are annoying, unless you play on realism the popup hints drive you mad, the maps (first time through) are often annoyingly difficult to navigate and, damn, that game can be CHEAP.

I do enjoy the game, but it can be SO frustrating...

Torn between Smash Bros and Street Fighter. Keep hoping a good one will come out for each franchise, and have been let down over and over, like a dog beaten by it's master but still checking for something different to happen.

OH, and Alpha from DOA4. Fantastic game, but that boss was bullshit.

None, since I don't play games that utilize my TV as a display mechanism. Overlord 2's spider section made me want to punch my fist through drywall though.

Entire mgs series (I played them all), once you start reading some actual books and understand what defines a good story the whole story of mgs simply falls apart. And the gameplay is so average in every game that it doesn't compensate for the atrocious story

Soldier of Fortune 2 was pretty bad. Other than shitty voice acting, story and controls the game had absurdly overpowered bosses compared to the normal enemies. The shooting mechanic/accuracy was little more than a joke. I found it impossible to hit the same spot twice(and I was crouching in place firing one shot at a time with no barrel waver). On the flip side the enemies had an insanely high accuracy rate. They could hit me behind cover from twenty-thirty in-game yards away with a shotgun loaded with shot (rather than slugs).

The newest Prince of Persia was annoying as well, though that was more due to play style consisting of almost entirely platforming and puzzle solving and combat being reduced to essentially a series of quick time button pressing events, rather than any actually faults within the game (i.e. poor design, voice acting,buggy controls etc.)

ha! i 5-starred the whole set list save for through the fire and flames. only a 4-star. took me forever though

i guess that makes you a better person than me then?

no, not really. if anything, it makes you a better person than me imo. you obviously havent spent probly well over 40 hours mastering GH...

X-men: Next Dimension

The god damed controls makes a game that should be fairly simple and entertaining fucking impossible. It has THE worst controls I've ever experienced for a GC game.

And Cyclops and Havoc can beat anyone by standing on the other side of the screen, blasting them in the face over and over and over again. It pisses me off to no end.

Final Fantasy XII made me pretty mad. It wasn't due to a part of the game I couldn't beat though. It was the realization that I had spent $50 on an awful game.

Though as far as difficulty goes I'm gonna just throw in the current game I'm playing, Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Jedi Master difficulty is making me angry and the spaced out checkpoints really aren't helping.

Guitar Hero 5. Holy fuck Activision! Talk about screwing the pooch with a spiky dildo with a spike on the top of it!
