Hey all, I'm an Australian thats stuck in the past or at least my government is, I was wodnering if any fine folk from America would be willing to gift me Hotline Miami 2? I feel dirty pirating, and I'll be damned if my government is going to stop me from owning a copy. So anyone willing to help out an aussie with the steam key/gift?

Well according to that other thread gifting is now region locked. However if you check the Steam community hub for the game it is possible to purchase it. Check the bottom post here [http://steamcommunity.com/app/274170/discussions/0/617329505855589288/]
As far as I can tell it just involves adding it to your cart via the US Steam store (on your web browser, not the Steam client), then when you log into Steam (still on your browser) it will still be in your cart and you can buy it.
It seems they haven't blocked anyone from buying it, they've just blocked Australians from being able to view the game's page.
