I've gotten into a bit of a routine, sleeping from about 11PM to 6-7AM however if I'm on night shifts this goes out the window and my whole schedule does out the window with me getting sleep when I can.

The past few days I haven't been able to sleep before 2-4 am. Usually wake up around 10 am and sometimes take a power nap by 4 pm. It varies a lot though. In general I try to go to bed by midnight.
Have tried to cut out the power naps for the past three years, to get my daily rythm back on track, but I eat some pills that makes you constantly drowsy.

Not well, I woke up this morning and I think I had been lying on the left side of my face with my arm pushing it down into my crappy matress, so when I woke up all my teeth on the left side of my head hurt like hell.
