How big is your game collection?

Let's see. My own collection is rather sad, so I'll just go with everything everyone in my family owns. Mostly my dad.

All I know is that we have a big cardboard box full of games, and that's not everything. There's also an old DOS computer somewhere with loads of games, a ZX Spectrum with some games, too and, of course, Steam games.

All I know is that it's a lot. If I had to hazard a guess I'd say it's likely to be over 1000 games. Just in my room I have 36 games, as well as an additional 13 on Steam. That's almost 50 and it's hardly nothing compared to everything else.

So yeah, I'd say under 500 is very unlikely, 500-1000 a bit likely, 1000+ would not surprise me, at all.

Reading some of these people saying they've had 200+ games makes me feel sad. I've probably had about 100+ games on different consoles, but had to sell to upgrade.( Still wish I had my old faithful gamecube so I could get beyond good and evil)

Seriously though, i've got enough to loose track of them constantly, so i'd say around 20. I actually tend to sell alot of my older games.

Sorry this is all so current but I had a house fire a few years ago where I lost almost my entire PS1 and N64 collection plus I've donated most of my PS2 and Xbox1 games to my cousins.

Looking to get more portable games, GBA and DS mainly but also am on the lookout for more classic re-releases of PS1 games on the PSP. EU has recently had Metal Gear Solid for the PSP, America got the Tomb Raider trilogy on PSP recently, here's hoping it comes to the UK.

For someone who calls himself a gamer this moment feels rather disappointing for me. I tend not to buy new games very often because I very rarely feel that paying 60$ for a game is worth it (unless it's a really long game, has really fun multiplayer, or something I think is great for some other reason.)

I have 31 games for each console if you combine the PS and the PS2 since I play both on my PS2.
Also only 5 of the 93 have been released in the past 5 years, I like classic games.

Counting all my game boy games and DS games I have 31 more now that's odd...

I don't have loads of games. (a few hundred i think?)
But since Xbox (the old one!) games have become dirt cheap, and I had a lot of games for it anyway, I decided to buy loads of them, so I now have over 70 xbox games now.
