Plus, there's no-one to hype them up. There's no platform holder on PC who needs exclusives to sell PCs.
On top of that, it's become very rare for the big publishers to release games exclusively on the PC. The last 'AAA' title that wasn't a strategy game that was exclusive to the PC was probably Crysis. Ubisoft have announced Might & Magic X as a PC-exclusive, though. It's not really an AAA game, but it's not a strategy game and still way above the production values of your average indie title.
