I was watching X Play and they gave a preview of that week's episode of Zero Punctuation.

almost pure chance actually.

i remembered a long time ago my brother showing me a classic unforgotten realms episode, and it occurred to me after getting broadband that i could now watch the rest of them easily. i searched for it on google, and came up with the escapist.

actually, less then a fortnight later, i was shown zero punctuation, so i would have found out about it anyway. i just found it this way first.

anyway, i gradually became interested in the forums that appeared to one side of the video, and eventually made an account and started posting... very slowly at first though. my initial rate was around 2 posts in 2 months.

Used to watch old episodes of Unforgotten Realms and saw the new series on here. Never looked back.

I saw Jimmy: A World of Warcraft Story, then noticed the guy who had the videos (PROBABLY wasnt Robert Moran, but someone who put just had them) had some other random videos, which were the original Unforgotten realms episodes. I then noticed that some episodes were much better animated, then looked at them, and discovered that they were on a separate website, which was the Escapist.

I really never cared for ZP myself, still don't. I was showed Unforgotten Realms and came back and watched all the past episodes. Then I found the forums. The rest is history.
