How did you find out about the escapist ?

Was seeing what all the hate was about for CAD comics, went on Encylcopedia Dramatica for the funny side, linked to Yahtzee's video on webcomics, saw There Will Be Brawl and then joined to comment on Luigi's accent.

So I don't know who to blame, it could be ZP or TWBB. You decide.

I honestly have no idea how i found this site... I can not remember at all, but I have a feeling it might have been ZP's review on halo 2. Ever since he's been my fav game critic and this site is my homepage. But I still can't remember for sure... weird...

i watched a youtube video called "205 into pure pwnage" the video was by NAHTZEE and it said "zero punctuation style video" so i googled zero punctuation after that video hoping to find more nahtzee videos, but instead i bumped into yahtzee and his videos, i watched them all and liked them and for a while came back every week looking at the new one, and browse the forums a it.

then someone said something i had to reply to so i made an acct.

my friend told me about zero puntuation, i thought it was kinda dumb at the time, but around a year later a saw it and loved it, and after finding out we could go on the escapist on our shcool computers i found unskippable, doomsday arcade, and now im getting into Urealms, i'll just say its the only site which im acually visiting the forum each day, which is a first

Well,duh,Zero Punctuation. It is most recognizable feature of this site (though other material is good too),and that's why i'm here.

As for the forums,i've registered to say that cheering at Russia for outlawing emos was in fact very stupid idea. Not that anybody listened to me - that tread died shortly thereafter,but still...

I went an auditioned for a new cartoon series at their offices. That new series will be coming out soon btw.

I then started looking more at the website and I'm now a fan of most of the series here as well as a forum peruser.

I have to say though, it's nice to see staff and contributers using the forums as well as the regular forum-goers.

I first came here when a friend and fellow Escapist, Sorceror Nobody, showed me some of Yahtzee's videos at school last year. I joined in December and I've been a regular forum-goer ever since, although I'm more interested in Doomsday Arcade, Apocalypse Lane and Rebecca Mayes now, rather than ZP. Anyway, it's pretty ironic therefore that the guy who showed me the site never comes here anyway and only has four posts in almost a year...
