A friend got me to watch Yahtzee's ZP reviews and I fell in love with the site. Ironically enough this same friend got me to also fall in love with Top Gear in a similar fashion.
I saw Yahtzee on YouTube and followed him here. I'm so glad I actually found this website. Not a very interesting story but whatevs.
I saw it on X-Play back in late 07 and then kinda just ignored it. He didn't really seem to impress me because I couldn't really understand what he was saying. So for about 9 months I just ignored it until I saw it on Youtube. A few versions of his reviews had this webstie address on it so I just came here and joined up.

I happened to see Unforgotten Realms a long time ago, but I didn't have broadband and it took too long to load on my computer. I then forgot about it for at least a year.
Then I remembered it for no real reason, I googled it, and it came up with the escapist.
Interestingly, my friends introduced me to Zero Punctuation less then a fortnight later. So I would have started coming here anyway, it's just Unforgotten Realms got there first.

Funny story actually: while looking for a patch for an error for Medal of Honor: Airborne that refused to work on my Vista x64 I came across ZP review of the game while thinking it was a video solution for my problem, I got up to date for all of his videos that same noon, bloody hell I dont remember laughing as much since Middle School.
X-Play. I used to watch literally every episode. I saw several tuesday episodes where they had the ZP review preview. I decided to take a look at the ZP reviews. After a while of doing nothing but watch ZP, I decided to give posting on a forum a shot. Been hooked ever since.
I found out about it through YouTube, where I saw a parody of Yahtzee by this Nahtzee fellow already mentioned.
Though to be honest, I haven't watched that video in so long that I was still under the impression it really was Yahtzee...I didn't notice the difference of "Zero Coordination" and I had thought the "Nahtzee" was just a typo. I just now went back and looked at it again and saw that the voice is waaaay different...I feel stupid now.
Anyways, I remember that later someone posted Yahtzee's MGS4 review on GameFAQs. I watched it, discovered The Escapist, and fell in love with it. But I just recently registered (kinda), though I've been watching stuff for a while now.

I think it was from Youtube. I was watching someone review some old crappy games and someone posted a link to ZP. I watched a few episodes then kinda carried over to the forums and decided to make an account.
I came here only for Unforgotten Realms. Then I learned that all of the other shows here are of at least equal quality, and started reading every article, too. So I fit in with the 10% who came here for UR, the other 90% having come here for Yahtzee.
