A friend told me to watch some ZP. After becoming hooked on that, I talked with him again, and after dropping MST3K's name, he recommended Unskipable, and I became hooked on that too. then I just started wandering around here and realized I really liked the fast paced forums around here, so I made an account.

I wanted to tell people about my sexuality. It seemed like a good idea at the time. ^^

Lets see, I came here for Zero Punctuation, and lurked for like, a long time.

Why did I make an account and start posting? That, was more because I was bored and doing so sounded like fun. I might also have been drinking at the time of that decision.

Still, either way, it was a good idea.

On this, like others, I was exploring the vast waste of Youtube. Then, I stumbled upon a hilarious review of Fable? I wanted to see more and it lead me here. I created an account before to disagree with someone, but I forgot that password. . . So here I am with a "newer" account. Happy Days

Someone linked to the Zero Punctuation episode for Bioshock on a forum I frequent, although it wasn't until a later March Madness that I registered here.

I was watching one of those phoenix wrong videos on youtube and one of the skits had a British guy's voice and a nerdy guy's voice talking about Josh Weden. I found it hilarious and searched for the source which was Yahtzee Croshaw. So After I watched everything Zero Punctuation related on Youtube, I followed him to this site. This was about the time Extra Creditz got it's first episode. Then i was like, hey, WHY NOT?

Back when I was Collage, someone showed me ZP. It was funny for a while, but I never felt he was anything you could base your purchases off of.

I recently got bored, started messing around with a pen and paper, I fucked up a scenario online with said game idea and someone pointed me toward Extra Credits. Escapist has become my "Reddit" ever since. I decided I wanted to register to post comments on a few places, but I'm iffy in joining random communities. The Rage trailer finally got me in.

Kinda sick of the Regenerative Health system in FPS's. Man, that just kills 90% of games that features it for me.

Edit: Oh, and the quizzes got me too. I must take them! o_O

I found it by someone recommending it as a good forum to go to about games. I joined merely for forums. The Socialista badge is perfect for this reason and why I've kept it on 24/7 since I got it. I'd link the topic but I'm too lazy to do it and I'm temporarily banned on the forum for trying to stand up for another friend, against a moderator, which is against the rules. (Do not confront a moderator in an open, public forum, the rules said, which I forgot despite having been there for 2 years and having 6,000 posts.

I came here when Yahtzee moved over from youtube. After a lot of time of going through the forums I decided to create an account and started posting and arguing lol...
Funny thing I rarely do read articles and the only show I'm watching is ZP ^^

I found the escapist via Zero Punctuation, I watched all the ZP and didn't pay escapist any real attention until Kotaku migrated to their butt ugly layout. I ended up not going there anymore and needed a new gaming site so that's how I got here.

I followed a link to Yahtzee's Halo 3 review and ended up here.

Then I lurked around for a few years untill I eventually made an account.
Not to be a dick, but I'd hardly call 9 months a few years. The Halo 3 review was in September of '08 and your join date is July '09.

OT : Personally I followed ZP from Youtube to the Escapist. I have a feeling a lot of people found this site through ZP one way or another.
