How did you first end up at the escapist?

Zero Punctuation, just like the vast majority of everyone else here. My brother showed me a viedo, I got hooked and I've come back every week since. Then started reading the forums, made an account in order to argue some point or other, occassionally post if I find something interesting or I'm bored, intend to stay

I was on TVG before this, i was part of the longest thread on that site, which was about Kotor 3. Which has about 1000 odd pages now? Probably more.

Then i decided to move here and be with all of you beautiful people ^_^

I found the escapist when unforgotten realms was still going, a friend linked it to me and I ignored it.
Then a few years later I was on Cyanide & Happiness and noticed their "things we like" had changed, and yeah... ZP.

I started here cuz of Unskippable then came the watching of ZP and then I saw Escape to the Movies and then I couldn't stay away

The usual way: a friend showed me some Zero Punctuation videos and after coming here for a while to check the newest ZP I noticed some interesting forum threads and after a few months of lurking I had to join when I saw a thread or two I just had to post in.

Yep, ZP. What makes me stay, besides him is this Forum. I've been to others, and they don't include a way to know if someone has replied to you or not.

Some dude on a random forum on the opposite end of the internet was like "guys, this dude is totally trashing the Witcher, lets burn him at the stake" and i went to check it out and fell in love with Yahtzee

I watched ZP for about a year, occasionally looking at the forums, then my friend @Goldeneye103X2 suggested I join the forums. So I did.

First thing I did was send a fan mail to ZP's account.
