Oh, you're good. You're very good.

OT: Some jerkface at school told me and ruined it.

I got wise around age 7, just a guess really. I asked my parents, and they said he wasn't real. They never really tried too hard anyway, they didn't like the whole shenanigan either.

Hm, it'd be interesting to see which country is more close to the actual language in the bible(before the translations)

I think wise men would win.

Anyway, I found out somewhere around 9. I just gave up living with my fingers tucked in my ears and yelling, "lalalalalalalala, I can't hear you brain, lalalalalala"

I made the math that an overweighed man cannot move from the North Pole all the way to the rest of the world on a sleigh moved by magic reindeers at the speed of light. It?s not logically possible.

Also, I'm Jewish.

Hmm, Ironic.
But yeah, cold, hard 6 year old logic did it for me. I am not lying to my kids about something so stupid.

This is a hint as to how old I am:

When I was 7 or 8, I was trying my damnedest to stay up until my parents went to bed, so that I could go and "wait" for Santa.
My bedroom door was open and faced the living room where our tree was (we lived in a single-story house at the time). I heard them awake and rummaging around in the living room, so I turned my head to face the wall and eliminate them catching that I was awake (I didn't want to close my eyes for fear of sleeping).

After they had gone to bed, I snuck out to wait and saw all of the gifts under the tree--including this big Papa Smurf doll that I was excited to get (huge fan as a kid). I was a bit confused because I knew that only my parents were awake and in the house, but I went back to bed to wait.

When morning came, and I could read the tags, I discovered that some of them had said "From Santa".

2+2 = No fsking Santa, apparently.
