I...um...well, I have this awesome brain, and it works on its own sometimes and passes things along to me whenever it wants to. The avatar was one of those things. Actually, it was the name, which was followed by the avatar. That, by the way, is a real-life muffin cake too. Even though it may look like a regular cupcake, it's not. Trust me.

Just for fun, I think I'll mention all of my significant avatars in this post.

Once upon a time, when I first joined this site, I wanted to use something unique, something no-one else would have. I decided, after a while, to use a drawing I did for something else entirely. It was my pirate cat [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/AmbushCat.jpg] avatar, and it lasted a long time. But as things went on I started to grow tired of it, and encouraged by some of the people here, I started drawing another avatar.

The result was the kitty reaper [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/ReaperCat1-1.jpg]. This avatar was the one I became well known with, as I switched to it just as I started to participate more often in the forum games more. It lasted me a long time indeed.

I then became interested in animation. I had declined an animated avatar prior to that, since my attempts at animation were somewhat amateurish, but I started to get really into it, and I came out with this [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/Kittyreaperblinksandmeows-mini.gif]. I thought it was perfect.

At the time I was using a Christmas variant [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/Reaper-Holly.gif] of the kitty reaper made for me by Diagonal Horizontality. I waited until Christmas was over before attempting to switch, but then disaster hit. My new avatar was the wrong size, and wouldn't animate. I was heartbroken.

After a few days, I went back to my animation program, and set upon my avatar again. Resizing the image wouldn't work for some reason, so I started over. I finally came out with this [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/Kittyreaperblinksandmeows5mini.gif], which, while similar, just didn't cut it for me. I stuck with it for a while, but finally I discarded it in exchange for this [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/BakuraStare2.jpg].

This avatar didn't last me very long. However, it did mark a change in the style of avatars I would be using. After I got tired of Bakura's glare, I briefly went back to another kitty reaper avatar, this time in negative [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/ReaperCat-negative.jpg], and stopped posting for a while.

I came back, equipped with this [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/bakurasteak.gif]. Bakura eating steak was something I thought was hilarious, and I kept it for a short while. By this time though, I'd stopped keeping the same avatar for very long, and soon tried switching out again.

I went over to this [http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g307/akina_anime_gurl93/Yu-Gi-Oh/ryou.jpg]. I then got stuck as a lurker when outside reasons stopped me from posting, and so this stayed for about 6 weeks. Towards the end of those, I had started playing around with frames again, and came up with the avatar I had right before this one [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/BakuraDraws5.gif]. I liked this, although I never quite got around to perfecting it.

Thus ends my spoiler box, because now I'm actually going to mention my current avatar, so it's actually more relevant.

My current avatar [http://i655.photobucket.com/albums/uu273/Azraellod/BakuravsGrandoraCrop175x75.gif] is taken from when Bakura is attacked by Gandora. It was supposed to be turned into an image relating to March Mayhem, but since my attempt at doing that was a catastrophic failure, I'm just sticking with this because I like it.

The Bakura theme I have going is one I chose because I really like the way Bakura acts. I was torn between him and Teru Mikami at the time I chose the theme, and just went with Bakura because I preferred his character.

EDIT: Sheesh, I really lose track of time while I'm writing. Nearly two pages accumulated from when I started.

He's a character from my favorite game..... and a incredibly obscure one.

So it's always fun to watch people try to work out who the hell he is.

It's my favourite scene from one of my favourite TV shows, Robot Chicken.
I added the MW2 box when I bought it in November, using MS Paint. It took me so long to do, I've not bothered changing it since...

My old one was a Bleach avatar, which I used for quite sometime before changing it.

The one I'm using now, well I chose it because it reminded me of my old spiderman watching days as a kid and how much I loved Venmon.

(I might go back to the bleach avatar someday, or just change to a new one after venmon.)

Simply because Ulquiorra is badass. I chose this particular picture because i don't wanna look like all those other Ulquiorra-fans using him as an avatar.

I wanted of a guy with a bowler hat and The Son of Man was an obvious choice.
Plus it stands out a little bit from the rest of the avatars on the Escapist.
