How do gamers on Xbox360, PS3, and Wii, as well as any other consoles differ?

For any that say Halo or Gears fanboys are the worst on the planet. I say F- You in huge giant letters.

I've met the nicest people from around the world while playing Halo and Gears of War. (Granted only the first one, I didn't try the 2nd one out too much. Hated it.) Yet when I play Half Life 2 Deathmatch, Team Fortress 2 or Counter Strike Source. I am filled to the brim with nothing but nonsensical hatred and piles and piles of pure bile from people who can't say Good Game. The other day, I split up an arguement in Team Fortress 2 and the Irony of it all is astounding.

He never spoke to me again. Kept yelling obsenities at other players. But he kept me out of it. I guess that was as good as a victory as I'd get.

Honestly I think PC fanboys like that and Valve fanboys are really just saying Halo and Gears fans are annoying idiots so they have a scape goat to make fun of and pretend that they really AREN'T the annoying pricks online, basically stereotyping one group to make themselves look better.

Also as a side note... is anyone else having trouble with the quote thing because I can't seem to do proper quotes or at least not consistantly.

From owning both the ps3 and xbox360 and knowing the community online and off i can say simply

VERY LITTLE.

I was playing on my mates 360 and talking to a guy over the headset who didn't know how to make toast...

PS3's have the most Japanese people and the 360 is apparently full of Americans, according to my mate, Tom. I told him to note who made the console.

Xbox 360 - is basically for people who like to either Hardcore Game ( but then again they would own every console) or people who like to get together with there friends and get drunk and play CoD:5 lol
PS3 - is for die-hard Sony fanboy's and people who want .8583% better graphics than an Xbox or people who like to just hang with not having 600 bucks.
Wii - party games. Nuff' said

Wii owners: Hardcore fanboys, the really, really greasy kind, as well as little kids & bored housewives
360 owners: Young teens 11-17 with more angst then brains, the roflmaopwndn00b crowd.
PS3 owners: Older teens 18+ with daddy's credit card, with the odd screaming brat & roflmaopwndn00b guy here & there.
PC owners: Spend all money on PC, as mom's basement is swell to live in.

What if you had all 4!
A teenage, hardcore, greasy, andgsty, stupid, thing, with no money of their own, who lives in a basement with daddys credit card.

I laugh at the xbox 360 stereotype. You know the one: frat-boy, partying hard, twitchy FPS shooter type. It's the only console I have and I'm female, employed full-time, not big on partying, and more of an action/stealth/or well-done RPG fan. So...

After several meetings we decided to send our Xbox 360 confiscation team to retain your console - it is in the best interests of all fanboy's on the Internet. Like some people have already said, it's more based on the person than the game and/or console. You find some decent people on all 3 systems, and at the same time the other half that use a mic are complete idiots that can only whine and complain about how bad you are while they get their face ripped off by the crossfire.
