How do you adjust your glasses?

Usually I grip the rim of the left lens with my left thumb and index finger, due to the fact that the frames are crooked from years of abuse and the left lens sits lower than the right one, which manual adjustment can temporarily alleviate.

Grab where the right rim meets the right arm and put them back up. I may do it a different way, but I don't wear mine enough to notice any other way.

I just wear contacts usually to solve this problem.

When I am wearing them though, I just pinch the left bar near the lens and just past the hinge.

I use an Opti-grab, no adjustment necessary.

Grab from the joints with both hands, lift the earpieces up, push back, and set the earpieces back.

I always try to just push them up with my index finger, but I always just end up pushing them into my face, so I usually use my pointer, thumb, and middle finger to push them up.

I use my thumb and index finger to hold the outsides on each side, and adjust them that way. Its kinda hard for me to explain it.

I use my nose when it's a small problem.
I'll bump the left side for a slightly bigger problem.
And I'll grab the left side and turn it for anything else the I can use that for.

Hiro style: I use my index finger to push the bridge up my nose.

This, although I use my middle finger.

I started out with the middle finger but I felt a little bit rude so I changed. The evolution of glasses-pushing.

My glasses fit me quite well, I virtually never do this. Whenever I do (because of some sort of shock or something) I push the bridge with my index finger. Sometimes I'll use the middle finger instead depending on the scenario.

I use my index and thumb to grab the frame around the lens and adjust from there

Usually, they go off to one side so i grab the left side and just tug it back down.
