How do you change when drunk?

Like most people, I enjoy a good few beers now and again, and while it might be seen as hyperbole by some, who say being drunk doesn't change them much, and I get some weird transformations and such. I want to LOVE everything, every time, in my own, special, manly way (by the way, I try to refrain getting drunk in public). Meanwhile, I see others change massively in other ways, get angry and fighty, and just outright weird. What I want to ask you is: do you change when drunk. If so, in what way? I find it pretty fascinating, no matter how much of a creepy basement dweller I sound for being interested in others.

I get kind of sleepy and laugh at everything. Seriously you could tell me the worst joke ever and I'd probably laugh my ass off.

Usually opposite to normal.
While sober the order is usually shirt, then pants, then socks.
While drunk I often change my pants first. Sometimes even socks first!
It's like I'm a different person entirely!

I feel lighter, less tense, and I laugh more. I think that people who become violent or mean when they get drunk are people with issues that no amount of alcohol would fix.

I can be a bit shy usually, but that's all gone when I get a bit drunk. It gets much easier to talk with strangers.

I'm quite easily persuaded to do crazy shit or go on epic missions across a town. Last New Year's Eve I got so drunk that I ended up going on a very lengthy hike on a national park whilst falling in a lot of muddy puddles, and ended up locking my friend out of the house so he had to sleep on a woodpile. That was a ridiculous amount of drink though.

When I've just had a few drinks then I tend to feel either much happier or much angrier/sad, but it's usually happier as it'll be a Friday and there's no impending work.

I go from reserved to the center of attention. Nobody would tell from looking at me that I consistently drink everyone I know into unconsciousness. Having shots like they were water, necking pints in seconds and vigilantly avoiding sambuca and those awful cocktail things that every place seems to have.

I tend to only drink ales when we're just having conversations and the odd few pints complete the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I only go full on for parties & other special occasions.

Anyone else look at that thread title and think of changing one's clothes?! No??

...

Anyway, I get a bit chattier is all... but after a certain point (usually a couple bottles of decent wine), I'll be very broody, a couple bottles after that and I'll just get tired and fall asleep... cue trolling. ¬_¬

Yeah same here, I also have a tendency to pat girls on the head. I don't know why.

I get much more confident and extroverted, but I can tend to be a bit of a douche at times. Weirdly, I can really appreciate music more when I get drunk, probably because I get more emotional.

I'm sure everyone is going to say pretty much the same thing.

I don't. I dive straight to bed, fully clothed when I come home hammered.

Oh, you meant... Ooooohhhh.

I become overly active. The annoying kind of active where I start bouncing up and down, start motormouthing and getting angry whenever I feel like it.

Last time I was wasted I insisted that the name of one of my friends was Bulbasaur, and kept yelling about having a Pokemon battle with him for a few dozen minutes. Then I saw myself in the mirror and laughed my ass to the ground.

Apparently I'm entertaining to watch, but agitating to be around when I'm smashed.

Much more social than usual. I mean, I talk quite a lot with guys I know, but after some beers, I start talking with people I don't know that well.

Also I've noticed I can't stop smiling. Something I don't do that much while sober :p

I am a chatty drunk. Seriously, after a few pints it's like someone has turned a valve in my head and it seems like every single little though I have flows out and the volume of my voice seems to get louder too. Often after a night out I don't have a hangover but I have a sore throat after all the talking :p

When I'm drunk, my brain-to-mouth filter disappears entirely. I become completely and totally(and sometimes brutally) honest. It's gotten me in trouble before.

I don't drink because I can't stand the taste of any alcohol, seriously wine, lager, cider, beer it's all so bad. The alcohol itself just overwhelms whatever else is meant to be in it.

Not to mention I consider intentionally reducing your thinking capacity through drinking too much to be just pants on head retarded. No offense intended to anyone who drinks btw, it's just not for me.

Yes I don't leave the house much, how did you know?

I think I was a super cheerful drunk the few times I ever had any serious amount of alcohol though. That's not so bad I guess.
