Used to be that I would spaz out a lot. This year, however, I'm doing quite well maintaining my composure.

Most times I just try to get away from whatever is causing me grief. If that's not possible, I'll just try to focus on something until I can get away. Once I get some 'fresh air' I'm usually okay.

I keep it bottled up inside me so that when I snap the person who pissed me off is gonna be sorry ^_^

Depends on what the anger is. If someone pushes in front of me in a queue for example, I get angry and throw his ass out in an instant, but if it's just something that happens and I have no physical means of dealing with it, then I usually deal with it in my head and try and outweigh the negatives with the positives. For the most part though, I usually deal with it with confrontation.

Exercise is also a good stress reliever when I'm kinda pissed!

Metal. Listening to it or playing it. Helps immensely.

What sets me off? Stupidity. Not exactly a difficult trigger to find.

Ignore it and hope it goes away.

Unless I'm playing TF2, in which case I slam my fist into my desk, kick holes in walls, throw stuff, etc. That game makes me rage like no other...

I lash out when I'm angry or tend to ignore people who want to help me with my situation.

When it comes down to people making me angry I firsty become very verbal and if they don't drop the issue i become more and more physical. Sometimes I have a nasty habit of winding people up so they can provoke me and it works most of the time.
When it comes to fighting I've had my ass kicked a couple times, having no real fighting training and not doing any martial arts leaves me at a disadvantage... To the point where I've been knocked out cold. If it's a level playing field however, odds tend to go in my favor

I find it's best to talk to someone who is going to give advice and not just listen. I can't stand it when I'm spilling my guts to someone and they just stare at me, I might as well be talking to my cat in that case -_-. As for what sets me off, I really hate being lied to. I make it a point to tell the truth to people, when it matters. Sure, we all tell white lies, but "I played football in high school" is different then "it's your baby."
