We get along well, they dont annoy me (and im easily annoyed so this one is difficult) and they have to have something in common, or I will most likely never talk to them, ever.

This is about the same as me. I get along much better with girls than guys though. Probably because I tend to be a bit nicer to girls (that pedestal thing...). I tend to be overly up front when meeting people. I'll act out much more than I normally do with my friends. The way I see it is this: if they like me as loud, rude, and obnoxious, then they'll like me as I am.

I have about 4 girl friends for every guy friend...and it really sucks cos they dont always stay friends...

Same here man... well... kinda... Most of my friends are still in high school so none of them stay friends. Really blows. I left for college, came back, and none of them like each other anymore. Makes it real hard to have get-togethers.

Really does depend, women are automatically my friends however I do struggle to talk to them... but the guys, they have to fight to the death to see who gets to be my buddy... I tell them not to but they cant stop themselves, they think I can only be friends with one of them? XD

Hmm... I seem to have horrible luck with friends... but over the past 24 hours, it has been weird... Like, at midnight, someone from my school had started talking to me on facebook, when normally, my "friends" don't even talk to me outside of school... Then, today at Best Buy, I ran into another one of my old friends that I hadn't seen in years... Guess I just go by people that are there for you and stuff like that...

I only really describe people as friends when I really genuinely would trust them with my life. Everyone else just seems to come and go but I'll do anything to hang on to those few. Feel like I've lost one of them too. *sad face*

No, I don't know, I have friends from all sorts of social groups. I can usually tell within five minutes of meeting someone though whether or not we will get along.
