the more i think about it, the more i question why my friends are my friends. the only simularity we have is we all like soccer, and are all smart. i;m the loud mouth idealist, there is a induvisualist, the atheist, the muslim, the musci fanantic, the football player, the soccer fanactic, and more people i can make into steroetypes.

Generally I'm an asshole to people I don't like the look of (y'know, pretty girls, girls who aren't pretty, muscular guys, skinny guys..so everyone.... etc), then whatever few decide to keep hanging around me have low self esteem....wait, what was the question?

I don't really have criteria for someone being my friend. I just spend a little time with them and let my instincts decide.

If I get along with them or if they're like me: Nerdy and Pathetic but unnecessarily proud.

Through money and looks. I'm superficial.

But seriously, whether we share the same interests or not, but the biggest decider is if they're generally a nice person, and if they accept me for who I am.

I don't decide who my friends are, it either happens or it doesn't.
I dunno, we're just compatible or not.

Need to:
-Be nice
-Have a sense of humour
-Not take themselves too seriously

Of course, if I find someone too likeable, then the chances are I wouldn't want to inflict my presence upon them. Such is life.

Stuff in common is good! Also not being psycho is good. Also... they'd probably be male. I just make friends with guys way easier than girls.

So yeah, I guess it just kinda happens. If they're fun, they're fun.

I only really describe people as friends when I really genuinely would trust them with my life. Everyone else just seems to come and go but I'll do anything to hang on to those few. Feel like I've lost one of them too. *sad face*
Same here, which I feel bad because real "friends" I'd say I only have, say...

Three.

But yeah, friends that are like the "hang out and haha" friends sorta happen a lot, but people I really trust and feel I truly know, well...

They're few and far between, but it usually happens with one of those "first day" conversations that last like 8 hours where you feel like you two could be amazing with each other and then realize it doesn't really matter much in the end as they slowly drift off into nothingness, becoming a "sup" "nm, u?" 20 second conversation of a box you close in 10 minutes, and no one calls anyone anymore, so I don't know what friend really means.

I guess the kids sending me links to funny videos are friends or something? I don't get it, they're at a party I go to as well? So they're my friends? It gets people to like, find my screen name from someone they know and talk to me, are they friends? What is a friend?

That's a question, what...What really is a friend?

That's it. I think I have a different definition of friend to everyone else. It's like all the people on facebook, they're not really my friends they're just people I know. I mean, in my life I've had 3 people which if I was a 12 year old girl I would call BFFs but 2 of them have... well one of them betrayed me so I cut her out and the other... we were really close like everyone thought we were going out. I mean we kissed a few times but that was mostly due to drunken-ness and we were basically inseparable for year and were good friends before that. Recently she's been seeing someone else and it's like she doesn't know how to be around me anymore. I don't really mind her seeing someone else, I mean I did at first because I was thinking aobut asking her out and she didn't even tell me she did this until I found out for myself. I just really miss her. Been a bit beat up about that for the last few weeks.
So it all comes down to one guy. The one person who's always been there for me. I love him so much and I don't know what I would do without him.

My friends and I have little in common, for I have little interest in anything but family.

My friends generally annoy the hell out of me, wether it be non-stop WoW talk or "That's what she said!" jokes or constantly fighting with each other, or whatever.

I usualy don't even feel comfortable talking to my friends, for they hardly ever understand.

But my friends are very loyal to me, and would gladly jump in front of a bullet to save my life.

My friends are perfect.
