How do you feel about anime?

Sometimes I wonder about the overlap between the gaming community and the anime fan populace. How do YOU feel about anime? I personally like alot of it, but by no means is it superior to animation from any other country. What are some favorite anime of yours, forum-goers?

Anime, is one of those things capable of going places movies or TV's can't or it can go too far, which makes it a make it or break it situation.

I enjoy many series and there are others I can't stand.

Series like this I think pull it off though, crazy, but, not too crazy.

Sure I love anime but don't consider myself to be a anime Otaku since I don't watch every single anime out there or the hugely popluar ones.

Well my school has a 'Club of Viewing Animation' which is basically two hours of watching anime. I originally started going so I could see a girl i don't get to see much outside of school(It's in the auditorium very dark everyone's paying attention to the movie winkwink nudgenudge) but i actually started watching the movies and i've watched most of the Black Butler series on my own..

I'm not obsessed with anime but i certainly don't mind it.

I'm a member of several anime related user groups, so I love it.

EDIT: I also kinda hate people who think "anime" and think of that kind of stereotypical, ridiculous action-filled with huge chested women and stupid plots that have no point theme animes (I'm looking at you, Bleach...). Those are the kind of people who only give the crappy (and annoyingly, most popular) anime a chance.
