well, in theory, you COULD be a wussy. one doesn't always need to be that friendly romantic confident stud (but does help a friggin lot). you could take the sweet guy approach. she'll think your sweet, cute, and caring, then BOOM, it's like she's all over you because you make her feel a certain way when she's around you. then there's the "I own an entire corporation/thing and i'm totally stinking rich" approach. unfortuneatly, i think the only girls that fall for that are jerks, probably a no go. and lastly, and probably the best approach "the good looking super freaking hilarious guy". go read a ton of books or magazines or something (reading a ton is like steroids for your brain) make sure you look sharp, and keep a good witty quick sense of humor, chicks like it when they laugh (who doesn't?) anyway, GL, it'll take sometime to actually pick up some chicks though, don't expect this to work right off the bat tomorrow. and yeah, be confident.
