Check with a doctor. That's absolutely NOT how caffeine affects more than 95% of other adults who take it.

Claiming that it does, is somewhat intellectually dishonest, by the way.
I dunno, I have to say I think there are coffee companies out there that'd pay good money for that kind of customer testimonial.

I suppose it's because they enjoy the taste and it doesn't make them ill. Are you lactose-intolerant?
Why would you ask that? I suspect i may be.

It is because I believe that good coffee should have milk in it - preferably nice and frothy, but not with large bubbles. That way you get a nice kind of lid on it that keeps the flavour in and makes it a bit harder to spill.

At least twelve cups of tea a day. No exaggeration. Occasionally I might supplement it with a coffee or mate.

Everything, literally EVERYTHING is poisonous if you get too much of it. Somethings more than others. Seriously if you drink three gallons of water within like 12 hours you can effectively drown every cell in your body. There is enough nicotine in 3 cigarettes to kill an adult human if you give it too them all at once. Caffine is just a minor stimulant and analgesic, for most people it's perfectly safe, even in massive quantities. It's all about how much is dangerous, somethings are more potently dangerous in smaller amounts, other things are a lot less dangerous, even in large amounts.

No, it's any form of caffeine - chocolate, coffee, soft drink, tablet. Makes me feel like i'm dying, intense anxiety, hallucinations. I wouldn't take it if someone paid me $1000.
That's a pretty severe reaction, have you talked to your doctor about that?

Doctors don't give a shit. If it's not something they've learned about in school, as far as most of them are concerned it doesn't exist

It wouldn't matter. Modern day doctors aren't scientists. They aren't interested in what's going on in your body. They refer to guidelines, regulations and books which tell them what to do, and then they do it.

I hope that computers can take over the role within the next few decades. At least they'd have a decent bedside manner.

Well, this paints a rather grim picture. I think I might need some coffee ice cream...

Well GPs tend to be like that, have you tried a diagnostician or a neurologist? Because a situation like yours is probably in the territory of a specialist, not a general practitioner.

I used to be big on sodas when I was a kid but, since my early teens, I've all but given up the fizzies for coffee and tea. I won't use the little coffee satchets, even though we do have the machine for them, but we buy bags of either pre-ground coffee or beans, whichever is more affordable. On that same note, I don't get coffee from Starbucks or any other cafes. Too expensive.

I'm actually not sure how I still have kidneys since I'm back up to drinking about a pot of coffee a day, on my own; if I'm not drinking coffee, I'm drinking tea but sometimes juice finds its way in. I need help. *hangs head*

Neurologist yes, but the problem is I have epilepsy so they tend to put everything down to that. I'm skeptical because I've had countless scans and my brain is perfectly fine, and none of them can even tell me why I have seizures and only at a certain time of the day, let alone total intolerance to caffeine.

Well I'm no doctor so take this with as big a grain of salt as you please, but I'd guess the two are linked. Since they can't find anything with a scan, I'd guess it's a neuro-chemical arrangement that is linked to both, possibly causing sensitivity to certain types of stimulus. Some stimulation you receive, or received consistently at specific times probably lead to the epilepsy, or that a chemical balance shift in your brain at certain times of the day causes the seizures. Caffeine causing a different reaction is probably a good indicator here, it must stimulate parts of your brain the exact wrong way, I'd guess linked either to an unusual neuro-chemical mixture you have, a specific sensitivity in the parts that get stimulated, or a combination of the two.

Either way, being someone who has a caffeine addiction, you might be very lucky. Caffeine withdrawal tends to cause migraines, lethargy, irrational irritability and edginess. It's like in my experience having a panic attack that makes you really angry, while you have no energy to break anything, while at the same time your brain is trying to escape through the top your skull. It's almost as unpleasant as nicotine withdrawal, but more physically painful.

I take my caffeine in a bottle, in a can, in a glass, in a dispenser, and even in a mixer... I'll even take it hard as my dick while it gets hammered watching just the sex scenes in The Room... Oh yeah! I'm a soft drinkaholic that always ask for the caffeine suicide drink, but without the coffee because fuck that shit I really don't like it in the same vain as onion rings, which make me puke on command when consumed...

Other than that, I lack an actual favorite unlike Snickers, but that doesn't stop me from asking the waitor/waitress to mix all their available soft drinks together in one glass... Their reaction to such a request is not included, but rarely not to be expected anyway... :p

I work a 3rd shift job. In the past I've leaned heavily on caffeine... but as I've gotten older chronic insomnia has forced me to give up caffeine almost entirely. I have the occasional cappuccino on Fridays only (a day I stay awake) and that's it. I get it from a local, fair-trade, non-profit coffee joint. Don't get me wrong, if it were better coffee I'd have no problems just going to a Starbucks. But the local place has cheaper and better coffee so... yea fair-trade?

I dont. i dont drink coffee at all. Though i probably get some coffeine via tea. The capsules you mention in OP though, those are evil. The companies of coffee machines intentionally put DRM features on them so you could not refill them and would have to buy new ones every time, causing the increase of pollution to rise tenfold.
