Vent to my girlfriend. Don't look at me like that....I'm not an angry person....leave me alone!

Right.

In all seriousness I do talk to my girlfriend about it as she is patient enough to put up with my half an hour vents on the stupidity of the world bless her heart,

I bottle up the negative emotions until I can smother them with happiness or indifference. So usually I will seem indifferent to what people are saying.

And thus I got my nickname "Squall."
Same here - some of my friends say I'm just a female version of him. Personally, I think there is nothing wrong with it.

I tend to focus on the good emotions and ignore many of the things that cause bad ones! - I'm very good at being happy. Unless something can be solved practially (no longer making me unhappy) I will try my best to ignore it as nothing can be done about it.

Bottle them. Keep them inside. NEVER LET THEM OUT. Letting them out makes you vulnerable. So i keep them inside until i have an excuse to punch a wall then i just kinda let them all flow out and then everything seems better.

In hindsight its a terrible system but it works.......kinda

I am a gamer. According to Fox News I have no emotions other than 'masturbate and kill'...

In that order ¬_¬

With negative emotions I cry them out. On my own though because I'm a manly man *sarcastically flexes*. I also play guitar... When I'm stressed (which is rare) I re-string it. I find it quite therapeutic.

I don't like being emotional.. When I end up being emotional I tend to bottle it up then it just explodes out all at once..

Not such a good thing.. So now when I feel like emotions are bottling up instead of blowing up at someone I just go work out.

A win win really.. Gets rid of whatever I'm feeling and it improves my shape.

I handle my emotions very badly. Actually, I'd say most of the time my emotions control me.

Around people I don't know well I'm nervous and that makes me painfully shy (seriously, I can be in a group of people and not speak for hours). When I get happy (as rarely as that occurs) I go totally over the top, giggling a lot and being silly. When I get depressed I usually end up feelling suicidal. When I'm angry/overly stressed I gradually get more and more aggressive and irritable until I scream at people. And when I'm bored nothing at all has any effect on me.

I'm sure it's not healthy...

I handle them, as a lot of people do. Bottling them up. Unfortunately, the bottle in my case is more than half-way filled with repressed childhood memories, and genuine hate for my older brother(he tried to kill me several times as children).
I've been holding a lot more in lately, as my aforementioned older brother has been staying in my house for three weeks, and I have yet to see a single cent of rent money. Also, now he has some kind of respiratory illness, so my plans to lock him out of the house when he leaves are now rendered useless.

With a stick.
Keeping them at bay works nicely.
But when that fails, mild expression is allowed.
Seems to work.

On your YouTube video, you looked depressed, deprived and completely emotionless.

And I had to turn my speakers on full to hear you. I was almost quite scared that you would suddenly shout and cause my poor speakers to explode along with my ear drums.
Hooray for killing emotions!
And my computer's microphone was seven shades of crap, so...
Yeah.

No sarcasm, I can hold it back in public, but I am a cry baby, and proud of it dammit!

I refuse to acknowledge them.
In other words, I (surprise surprise) bottle them up.
I'm really good at it, too. The only one that ever escapes is anger.
And that's only because ignoring anger is like ignoring a buzzsaw cutting into your arm.
Seriously.

Holy shit, how did he try to kill you. Was it with intent?

Just let 'em out, but not the sad ones. If I'm angry, I raeg(^^), if I'm happy, I'm happy, if I'm sad, I do not let it out because it shows weakness.
You could say I almost never use my brain, only my heart. To explain it like Freud: My inner "Id" is very dominant while my "super-ego" is just there to look over my philosophy of life and the rules I decided to follow.
