How do you judge a person's beauty?

I judge someone's beauty by how well they wear it- if they're clean, neat, acne-free, with a bright and warm face/smile, they're often quite beautiful no matter what they look like.
But in my guys, I really love black hair with blue eyes, average height (since I'm kind of short) and average build. I like Average Joes.

Mid skinny-fat, not really muscular but firm (really jiggly is wierd), and curvy not just straight and boring (Like from a side view there is a distinctive curve between the thigh and calf). Also preferably tan.Zosephine said:

Fair skin, red or black hair, a few freckles. Preferably C cup but breast size isn't really an issue. Nice eyes too. I generally prefer "cute" over "hot".

Bright eyes is just about the only consistant attribue I can think of.
Doesn't matter what colour. I generally like dark haired, fair skinned girls but that isn't even consistant. Sometimes I like blonde tanned girls or whatever. Even body type can vary greatly

I mostly judge by personality, though if i did have any external prefernces then what Ciarang said about cuteness over hotness applys to me aswell. Also like red heads.
And also i have a general rule - If their skin is darker than their hair (i.e. uber blonde) then i avoid them like the plague.

I like curvy girls but apart from that I don't really worry about it. Just when I start to get a fixed idea in my head about what I want in a woman physically, some awesome girl who looks completely different to what I had in mind comes along and blows all my preconceived ideas about what is beautiful out of the water. This has happened to me enough times for me to thes days drop all the "beauty list" stuff and just adopt a "go with the flow" kind of attitude. She's either hot or not for whatever reason so you know... whatever. I take them as they come these days.
In terms of qualities OTHER than looks, I'm a lot more picky. That's a whole different ball game.

I like slim girls with short hair and something interesting about them. I'm not a fan of boring looking people.

I actually prefer cute over hot. But good looks are nothing if the person doesn't believe in herself. Attitude can make the ugliest people attractive. But it doesn't matter to me, I don't really have any special criteria. There is no such thing as a perfect girl. But I like persons who are different and radical, I like girls with free spirits.
I don't discriminate, if someone's beautiful and sexy, it don't matter what skin colour hair colour or cup size they have. Any kind of girl has their particular charms.
