Don't kill it, Keep it in a cage and beat the shit out of it every time you get bored or angry.
Best stress reliever ever.

I imagine it'd go something like this. [http://www.nuklearpower.com/2005/10/11/episode-610-logic/]

Unless we're talking about Lazar. Then you're just fucked.

for(int i = 0 ; i < satisfaction ; i++)
{
new Creature living = livingDead.use(revive);
System.out.println("What weapon do you wish to use?");
String weapon = scanner.next();
livingDead = living.kill(weapon);
}

repeat the process until satisfied (or that it no longer looks like a creature but a hamburger)

Pfff, nukes are for sissies. Real men (and women) use space ship mounted plant exterminator weapons to kill what needs to, even if its just to be sure.

That outta do it. If you cannot kill the dead thing, you sure as hell can kill everything around it.Then again, atomizing a several mile wide crater into a planet should kill the thing that is not dead but not alive unless it's resistant to extreme heat and/or organic matter-eating viruses.

stand far enough way to let it rot, or stand close to a flock or vultures who will come down and eat it.

I'd just leave it alone, if death didn't really faze it then I'm not going to be much use. It would probably be a bad idea to get on the bad side of something like that.

With Fire.

Lot and lots of Fire. Hard for an ash pile to be threatening.
I don't know if my example will work since she started out alive before the death happened, but
in the anime Mnemosyne, the main character is immortal and through a series of anime circumstances is flung into a jet engine. She reforms about six months later.

So ... yeah.

3, sir
Oh yes, 5.
And if that doesn't work, the old man from scene 24 keeper of the bridge of death should throw them off for a bit.

What's that? He's dead? Well bugger.

Annihilation:In physics, the word is used to denote the process that occurs when a subatomic particle collides with its respective antiparticle. Since energy and momentum must be conserved, the particles are not actually made into nothing, but rather into new particles. Antiparticles have exactly opposite additive quantum numbers from particles, so the sums of all quantum numbers of the original pair are zero. Hence, any set of particles may be produced whose total quantum numbers are also zero as long as conservation of energy and conservation of momentum are obeyed.
Here is my answer.

This is a good plan too!

Or if we're in the minecraft universe, wait until daylight.

(Surely though if it's dead you can't kill it again, mearly prevent it from moving? In which case, concrete would solve that problem).
