How do you legally get out-of-print games?

eBay, friends, stealing them from that fat kid who has all the games (Just kidding guys) maybe asking Gamestop for any info, they most likely won't provide but they may point ya in the right direction

You can usually find Skies Of Arcadia quite easily online on ebay and on Amazon, it isn't 'cheap', but it isn't daft either, iygwim?

This is the videogames industry. They don't even want to let you play modern games legally (see: Ubisoft DRM), what chance do you stand with out-of-print ones?
