There is a thread somewhere which tells you.
Use [ img ]...[ /img ] without the spaces.
And you have to use an image that is on the internet.
You cannot make a picture saved on your hard drive show up.

You put img (in [ ] those brakets) on the front and /img (in [ ] those brakets) on the back and as if by magic your picture appears and wither upload your image on your computer to a file share like www.tinypic.com or use one on the interweb

An easy way to see how someone posted a pic is to find a post with a pic, and hit Quote, and see what the user had to type to post his pic.
