I don't mean, 'do you sleep well'? I mean... how do you manage it? I'm sat here at 4am and I meant to be in bed a couple of hours ago, but I can't sleep. I'm not even drowsy - so if I'm not ready to be in bed in 30 minutes after I've drank my hot chocolate, I'm downing a sleeping tablet - even though half of one knocks my girlfriend unconscious, a whole one for me only guarantees 3 hours or so of sleep, so it's not an ideal solution.
So yeah - what do you lot do to secure unconsciousness? I've tried the 'lying there til you fall asleep' but that's a pretty boring way to spend 3 hours if you ask me, so I'm looking for alternate answers.
