We all love video games, but we all hate how expensive they can sometimes be. A $60 game plus downloadable content/subscription fees and (in the Xbox360 world) online monthly fees can make a game cost more than its original price.
So, how do you deal with money? Do you just save up for that copy of Bioshock and buy it right away? Or do you plan what your budget will be and save a little extra for that new map pack in Call of Duty 4?
Personaly, i plan out my spendings.
For example, right now i have enough money to buy one more game. I can either keep that money (and gather any other scraps) until June and get "Metal Gear Solid 4" or i can participate in one of those online surveys and get a free Xbox360 (which i am SURE would be a waste of time), get 1 month of Gold service free and get Halo 3 as a standard, and borrow any other games from my friends. But after that 1 month of free online from the Xbox, i'd have to start paying, and then i wouldn't be able to play with my friends online anymore. Or i could save up for some other game and play the free online on my PS3.
I like planning ahead, do you?!?!
