2. Open the Escapist, Game Trailers.com and any youtube channels I'm subscribed to.
3. Watch any new videos there.
4. Open Chatango, facebook and any news sites I follow.
5. Open my favourite music playlist on youtube.
6. Play it as I read any articles, statuses or chat.

That's pretty much what happens whenever I open mylaptop

Well, here's my bookmarks bar. I usually cycle through it every now and then to check if there's anything new. I also watch a lot of Let's Plays on Youtube and read some Cracked.
